Survey DRAFT

Hello! I'm Sam Lui, a Visual Communication Design major at San Francisco State University. This survey is for my senior thesis; I plan on designing a children's book that teaches the importance of early language development and has underrepresented ethnicities as the main cast. 

This survey is designed for caregivers of children, specifically from when they were newborns to three years old. If the child is now older than three, it's still possible to answer the survey as long as the caregiver was active (at any period of time) in the child's life from when they were a newborn to three years of age.
