Analysis of Teammate's Personas

This is an Analysis of my group mate Max's Personas, their theoretical problems, and potential solutions. His thesis is based around San Francisco's Mission Graduates program. Mission graduates is an organization that helps kids from the Mission District get into higher education. He wants to spread awareness of this program and plan out language support to those who don't fluently speak English.
